If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days after you receive it for a prompt refund or exchange.

Return Procedures

Return Authorization You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you return any item. Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request your RMA. The RMA will be valid for 14 days. Please include your order number or invoice number, and the reason for the return. Please indicate if you want a refund or an exchange. Unauthorized returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, or be refused and returned to you, depending on the circumstances. If accepted, you will only receive credit for future purchases on the website.

Returns of Damaged Goods If an item in your order has been damaged or your order contains an item you did not order, you may request a Return Label from our Customer Service Department in your e-mail requesting an RMA. Requests for a Return Label must include the reason and be made within 48 hours. Our Customer Service Department will send you a return label which you should use to return the item to us at our expense. You must include the original invoice or packing list. Please use sufficient packing materials to protect the items during transit.

Returns of All Other Goods If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or receipt of an incorrect item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned unused in their original condition with original tags or labels attached, and in their original packaging with original packing materials and original invoice or packing list. Please pay special attention to the packing materials which protect the item during transit. Please replace any packaging that you removed or destroyed. Place your RMA number on the shipping label below the shipping address. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

Refund or Exchange When Customer Service receives the returned item, it will verify that it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. If you have requested a refund, the cost of the item will be issued to your credit card. Shipping costs and handling fees will not be refunded. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you have requested an exchange, the item will be shipped to you within seven days. You will be responsible for shipping and handling costs unless the return was caused by damage or receipt of an incorrect item. Refunds will be issued only to the purchaser. Recipients of gifts will receive website store credit or exchange of merchandise.

Jewelry Returns You must return fine jewelry items in an appropriate container, sealed at all edges with sufficient packing materials so the item is fully protected within. You must insure the jewelry items and require a direct signature by a member of the customer service department.

Lost or Damaged Returns You are responsible for lost or damaged returns. We advise you to send your package via FedEx or UPS to obtain a tracking number and insurance, if needed.

Examine Shipping Cartons ships with FedEx and UPS. Occasionally, damage occurs to a shipping carton during shipment. Upon receipt, please examine the shipping carton carefully. If possible, do so in the presence of the FedEx or UPS driver. If the shipping carton is damaged, do not accept it, unless you determine that the product inside has not been damaged. You may open the carton and product packaging to see if the damage to the shipping carton has impacted any item. If the shipping carton and the item are both damaged, immediately notify the shipping company and us. Please retain the shipping label and tracking number to assist in making an insurance claim to the shipping company.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please e-mail by 5:00 p.m. on the business day on which you placed the ordered to cancel it free of charge. After that, we will do everything we can to stop your order from shipping. If we are unable to do so, you are responsible for all outbound and return shipping and handling charges. Orders placed on weeknights or weekends must be cancelled by 5:00 on the next business day.
